Seens as some people don't know exactly what to put in certain tickets, here's a little headsup.

Donation Tickets:

Your paypal Email Address.
What you Donated For.

If you don't include your paypal email address it slows down the process dramatically as most gm's check the donation before actually contacting you.

Skills:

What the actual name is of the skill you want.

If you don't include this, and just shove in "Skills please" we have no idea on what you want or need.
DO NOT Ask for Talent Skills UNLESS you have the talent point. If you lie, we will know.

Stuck:

Due to the portals being down, this has become a big issue from what i've seen. If you would like a teleport to shattrath that you can make your home, just put up a ticket, asking us to teleport you there *IF* and ONLY if you cannot get there another way. If we find out you're abusing this, we will stop doing it.


This is just to help us, and you, get a speedy and accurate responce to your tickets, and to help us get through the tickets alot faster.
